"From an impressive 1.1 ha parcel of 40+ year old vines in Champ Canet proper though some of them were planted in 1938 at the same time as the Bienvenues. A slightly riper nose is composed of apple, pear compote, white peach, just sliced lemon and a plethora of floral elements. There is fine volume and borderline painful intensity to the beautifully textured and caressing yet seriously energetic larger-bodied flavors that flash impressive power on the bone-dry and strikingly long finish. This very tightly wound effort is excellent and highly recommended. *Burghound Sweet Spot Outstanding!*" - Burghound
